Q.Why is real estate investment a safe investment?

Real estate investment is always safe investment in investment.
I just tell you a little story of my practical businesses
In 1990 one cleaint is come with money's and ask for property.
As per his requirment and choices we final one property.
Property is in Navi Mumbai Maharashtra India which value is approximately 28 lakhs.
At that time party is buy property and given to rent.rent is coming very low but party is happy.
But now they get ready and good rent.
As per today's market they get 2.80 cr for his property and they get rent is also a good amount.
And they not taken a loan but if they take a loan then also as a investment is good .
Because every year they get tax exemption from government as a loan interest on principal.
Now at time also important that the owner is leaving in this property.
Is main plus point.
In different investment Rate is come lower then they purchased other products then real estate products.
Because real estate is not comedown at the price before then years or twenty years.
Also as per Market now appreciate of real estate investment is low but when you live in property then the market is not come in picture.
And market is stop for one or two years not all the time.
Thanks why my idea 💡 or suggestions is with real estate investment is always best investment then any other.
